North Vancouver Hotel - West Vancouver

I had a pretty good stay. The room was tidy but the fridge was dodgy. Breakfast had nice options, just wish it lasted longer!

This hotel had a central position easy to get there from the airport. I was happy to find Tomahawk Barbeque, it was at walking distance from the property and served nice food...

The breakfast was usual, I think it could be far better.

The location was amazing and awesome, close to everything! I tried some drinks at bar White Spot, located 15 minutes walk away.

The outdoor pool was amazing, and the newly renovated rooms were super comfy. Had a blast with my friends!

Recently refurbished and beautifully maintained rooms & good size bathrooms. A coffeemaker and a small kitchen available. Very very nice area, central location just next door to very affordable and free transport. Fast check-in, late check-out.

Great hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a lost item, made a lasting impression. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free experience. I'm returning for a business trip!

The free breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering good variety. The sliding window lacked a screen was great.

Friendly Staff, good connection to the city e.g. Stanley park through public bus. Nice walk nearby to Capilano regional park.

Poor breakfast. Breakfast location much too small at weekends, breakfast of low quality.

Computer available in the lobby, very easy access to west and north Vancouver, easy access to the Lions gate bridge.

You should have specified that the rooms would not be cleaned (beds be made) every day.

Very clean room. Nice staff. Easy access to bus routes for Lonsdale, West Van, Downtown. Nice area. Could get back fine and safely at night. No problems with noise.

My Internet connection kept dropping every couple of minutes

Could have done with a blanket for the bed. Had reservation wrong was for one day and they had two days. Had requested a handicap accessible room and this was not offered.

The location was fantastic for our family, with easy access to Lonsdale Quay Market, where the kids loved the play area and discovering little shops. The grab-and-go breakfast brought to our room was a nice touch that everyone enjoyed.

My kids wished for a bit more attention to room cleanliness.
